Dependences of phase (Δϕ, δ, |Δϕ|/δ) and energetic (|r_1,2|²) reflection characteristics of the multilayers on incidence angle ψ for the TE (a, b) and TM (c, d) polarized exciting wave. The values of parameters are: d₂ = 4 nm (a, c), 40 nm (b, d). The values of parameters for all the graphs are: λ = 550 nm, d_1,3,4 = 0, ϵ_β = 0.1 + 0.1i, μ_β = 1, the main layer material is silver. Values of ψ (as Δϕ, δ) are given in the relative units of radians/π.
