Dependences of angle θ (a, d), PSD of reflected waves (b, e) and corresponding energy reflection coefficients (c, f) on parameter for various wavelengths of the incident wave with TE polarization. The values of parameters are: d₂ = 4 nm (a–c), 40 nm (d–f), for all the graphs ψ = π/6, d_1,3,4 = 0, , ϵ_β = 2 +0.1i, and the main layer material is silver. Parameter is used as the abscissa axis for all the graphs.
