Schematic view and physical parameters of the plasmonic system under study. The slit grating (with a narrow slit width) and ground plane are separated by a thin dielectric spacer. The vertical narrow slits support a deep subwavelength FP-like resonance. Such resonance can be excited by a TM-polarized incident light.
